Small Race Preview: 2017 Run for Hope & Health 5k & 10k

Are you doing anything on September 16th? If not, maybe this would be a good day to get in a good run for a great cause. The Run for Hope & Health in Salem, OR has three distances to choice from. There’s a 5k run/walk, a 10k run, and a 2 mile fun run that’s perfect for the whole family. All proceeds from this race will go to the Salem Free Clinics, which is a community non-profit that provides quality healthcare at no cost to the uninsured.

You’ll get a free tee shirt with your registration and ages 6 and under are free. The earlybird deadline for this race is August 21st, but if you miss it, just plan on showing up on race day or early packet pick up and sign up then.

What: Run for Hope & Health 5k & 10k and 2 mile Fun Run

When: September 16th, 2017 9:00AM

Where: Minto-Brown Island Park, 2200 Minto Island Rd SW, Salem

Registration Cost: $30 for 5k/10k and $20 for 2 Mile Fun Walk. Price increases $5 after Aug 21

Packet Pick-Up: Sept 15 from 12-6PM at Broadway Coffeehouse (1300 Broadway St. NE, Salem) or race day from 8-9AM at the event registration table.
