Race Preview: 2020 Columbia Gorge Running Club Turkey Trot

Columbia Gorge Running Club is hosting it’s 15th annual Turkey Trot. It will be held on November 26th, with an 8 am to 10 am start, at the Skamania Country Fairgrounds. It will be a “Do it Yourself” 5K, 3.1 mile race. With a staggered start time, that encourages people to stay and maintain 6 feet apart. Walking or running is acceptable on this great traditional race. Bring your family and run this socially distanced run.

The course will be well marked by the Columbia Gorge Running Club, with flour arrows throughout the course. It will have the same route as prior Turkey Trots. This event will be free, but monetary and non-perishable food donations are encouraged. All donations will be given to the local food bank. Participants who would like their time and pictures posted on the website and Facebook page are required to keep their own time, and take their own pictures.

Don’t let traditions die, and participate in the 15th annual Turkey Trot, hosted by Columbia Gorge Running Club.
