This weekend, Coach Jim’s run starts and ends at lululemon’s Pearl District store at 1231 NW Couch for a run of up to 15 miles. The run starts at 8a, so be there by about 7:50a to get settled. You can use their restroom or the one at Whole Foods.
Whether you’re training for a spring marathon or half marathon – or just looking for a group to run with this weekend – check out Coach Jim’s run for this Saturday, February 22. This week’s run includes a 2-loop route. You can do either of the loops with the group, or the entire distance. The first loop is 8.6 miles and the second is 8.5 miles, for a total of 17.1 miles.
A little late this week! Here’s the info for Saturday, February 15: Coach Jim and his group will be running a total of 17.5 miles this Saturday, split into a 10 mile loop and then a 7.5 mile loop. You can run either or both loops! They’ll start from lululemon athletica at Bridgeport Village, located at 7381B SW Bridgeport Road in Tigard. The run starts at 8a and is self-supported (bring your own water and nutrition).
This weekend, Coach Jim’s free marathon training run is made up of two segments. You can run the entire distance with him, or join in on either loop – this makes it great for those of you not currently training for a spring marathon.
