Whether you’re training for a spring marathon or half marathon – or just looking for a group to run with this weekend – check out Coach Jim’s run for this Saturday, February 22.
This week’s run includes a 2-loop route. You can do either of the loops with the group, or the entire distance. The first loop is 8.6 miles and the second is 8.5 miles, for a total of 17.1 miles.
The group ranges from 30-80 people usually, with paces led by pace group leaders from about an 8:30/mile to a 12:30/mile. No matter if you know anyone in the group or not, you’re invited!
The run starts and ends at Pizza Roma (owned by a runner!) at 4715 SE Woodstook Blvd in Portland. Check out the routes online here:
Section 1 – out and back to Mt. Tabor
Section 2 – loop through Sellwood, Eastmoreland and Woodstock
