Get out There and Try the 2023 PDX Triathlon Festival

Why Racing Events will host the 42nd Annual PDX Triathlon at beautiful Blue Lake in Fairview Washington on Saturday June 3rd and Sunday June 4th, 2023. The FREE Kids Tri will kick off the fun on Saturday and on Sunday the fun continues with the Super Sprint/My 1st Tri, Sprint, or Olympic Distances.

New this year is a 5k or the Paddle Triathlon also offered on Sunday! This fun, mid-summer event offers strong competition for all athletes. The beautiful course is flat, fast and scenic, with views of the Columbia River, Portland Airport, Mt. Hood & Blue Lake park.

The PDX Triathlon have something fun for all athletes.. an Olympic and Sprint distance for the Triathlon, Duathlon, and AquaBike, plus a Super Sprint/My 1st Tri course for those who want shorter distances or for Junior Triathletes. The bike courses are flat and much of the route is on Marine Drive, which is closed to all but local traffic.

Why Racing supports High School sports programs and other non-profit organizations through their events. Contributions over the years from NW races and fundraisers have exceeded $3 million dollars, and some of the High School sports programs rely solely on the donations made via these events.

With such a beautiful venue and for a great cause, the PDX Triathlon is a wonderful way to spend a Sunday morning.

I'm the owner of Healthy Girl Fitness and I'm a personal trainer, certified AFAA group exercise instructor, and an RRCA certified running coach in SW Portland.
