Jack Frost has nipped at my nose and a lot of other body parts during the recent blast into winter. The Frostbite Run on January 7th could be my chance to beat him at his own game.
This nice local event starts and ends at Talent Middle School, with the 10K participants adding onto the 5K route for their miles. The course uses public roads and trails so all participants need to be careful and kind about others in the area. And then you earn an awesome kiddo-designed medal at the finish line.
And be aware of these details from the race directors (especially for your roller-skating scoundrels).
RESTRICTIONS: Absolutely no rollerskaters, bicycles, skateboards, baby joggers, dogs, headphones, or unregistered participants
