We are right in the swing of Craft Beer Month here in Oregon. Despite living over here in the Valley, when I think “craft beer” in Oregon, my mind wanders to the great city of Bend. The Twilight Run 5k has been part of the Tigard Festival of Balloons for the past several years now. This year it took place on Saturday, June 21st, and 644 gathered in the shade of the tall trees of Cook Park to take part in this race.
