Summer Fun Awaits for the Mt. Hood Scramble

Proudly labeled “The Grandfather Race of Filth,” the 2026 Mt. Hood Scramble is right around the corner. This X-Dog Adventures race will be held on Sunday June 14th this summer, and their events are always authentically true adventures.

This trail race is roughly 6 miles long and will take place at the White River West Sno-Park in scenic Mt. Hood. “Temptation station” awaits you halfway through the course and IYKYK. There are many races that claim to be adventure races, but the Scramble walks the walk (and occasionally crawls).

You can’t expect cookie cutter run-of-the-mill race stuff here, but you’ll get a well-marked course and lots of treats along the journey. Scenic, challenging, and so much fun!

Participants will earn a finisher dogtag for this race, and there will be raffles and prizes afterwards, not to mention an always terrific after-party.
