Beauty at the Gorge Waterfalls 100K, 50K, and 30K

The Gorge Waterfalls 100k/50k is one of the most unique and scenic runs in the area. Imagine running through old growth forest, moss covering the ground, past more waterfalls than you can count and on mostly single track trail. There will even be an occasional breathtaking view as the trail pops out of the trees here and there.

To me, few things beat a run in the lush green Forests of the Pacific Northwest. I’m not sure if I can work it in this year. Well, I know I can’t because it is sold out (waitlist available). One year.

If you’re planning to register, do it soon. March 8th is the last day to order a T-Shirt. This event has a cool policy when it comes to the shirt. The shirts are not included in the entry fee. This is from their website:

Welcome to Gorge Waterfalls, offering scenic 100K, 50K and 30K trail running races through the heart of the Columbia River Gorge. Gorge Waterfalls provides one of the preeminent trail race events in the Pacific Northwest, home to some of the greatest trail running terrain in the entire United States. After four years of cancellation and thousands of hours of trail restoration from numerous groups, we successfully brought the event back in 2022, with a fresh vision, and new start/finish area along the banks of the Columbia River at Marine Park in Cascade Locks.

Through the combined skillsets of Freetrail and Daybreak Racing, we will endeavor to deliver a premium quality race experience for our participants, filled with spectacular views, challenging trails, good vibes, and a fun finish line experience to celebrate human achievement. We hope you’ll join us!
