Race Preview: 2019 Miller Woods 5K and 10K Trail Race (McMinnville)

Miller Woods

It’s that time of year again! The season when trail races are plentiful and the trails are getting muddy. So, it’s time to register for the 3rd annual Miller Woods Trail Race. Choose from the 5K or 10K distance – both courses promise to be difficult. The routes will be run on a mix of single track and dirt roads with significant elevation gain – 1,000 foot gain for the 10K. Both distances will run through forested areas and grassy meadows.

Proceeds from this event will go towards the Miller Woods bathroom building fund. All participants will receive a t-shirt and a raffle ticket. In addition to the raffle, there will also be awards for the top male and female in 4 different age categories: under 12, 13-17, 18+, and Masters (40+).

Outdoor Education Adventures will also be offering a Kids Camp on race day from 9:15-11:30 A.M. Kids aged 5-12 can participate for just $10. Pre-registration for Kids Camp is required. For more information see the Outdoor Education Adventures website.
