Small Race Preview: 2017 Albany Challenge

Eclectic Edge Racing is bringing us the 1st annual Albany Challenge on October 29th, 2017. This is a new team obstacle course challenge and it’s going to be tons of fun! Unlike some team challenges, your whole team will participate in this race together. This is the PERFECT race to do with your friends!

Teams of 5 will gather at the West Albany Track in Albany, OR at 2:00PM to conquer the obstacle course. Teams can decide together whichever obstacle they want to tackle, but all 5 members of the team must arrive together to begin that obstacle. Distances are TBD and the obstacles will not be announced until race day, so if you like surprises, you should take on this journey and go wherever it leads you!

There will be awards for the top 8 places in each age group and the top 3 will win cash prizes. There are age groups for all..  5th grade and under, 6th thru 8th grade, and 9th grade through 115 years old. (Sorry if you are 116 years old, but more power to you for wanting to participate.) There will also be a costume contest, so come decked out in your most amazing Halloween gear to get a shot at that.

Inaugural races are always a fun adventure, and even more so when it’s an obstacle challenge, so sign up with your friends today!
