Race Preview: 2017 Maupin Ride, Row, Run Triathlon

September 17th, 2017, X-Dog Events is hosting a weekend of adventure, celebration, and fun. The wonderful community of Maupin and X-Dog Events invite you to purge some endorphins competing in this event, or sit on the river banks and cheer on friends and family as they compete. Either way it’s sure to be a weekend of fun for all. Also, when you shop local you will support the businesses that are sponsoring this fun event!

The event features a Grand Prix start where participants run 1-mile to their bikes… then ride a 26-mile loop… then paddle 3-miles (downstream) on the Deschutes … then run 4-miles along the river banks. At the finish, the celebration will continue with a party for all.

Food and beverages (including Widmer Bros. Beer) will be waiting at the finish-line on the banks of the river. Random prizes will be given away and age group and overall awards will be announced.
