In it’s 5th year, Run For Life is a fundraising race located in Camas, Washington.  Registration is $35, however there is an opportunity for runners and walkers to waive their registration fee and commit to fundraising instead.  Proceeds and fundraising funds will directly support the Pathways Pregnancy Clinic that serves the Camas and Washougal area and 100% crowd funded.  The fundraising goal for this event is $30,000 and the event is capped at 300 runners (unlimited walkers).

Registration includes:

  • Tech shirt
  • chip timing
  • medal at the finish line to commemorate your achievement
  • swag bag full of goodies
  • Those who fund raise have chances to win all kinds of great prizes

The event itself looks like a beautiful challenge.  Each of the distances (1.2 mile, 5K, and 10K) will wind through the scenic and hilly trails near Round Lake at Lacamas Lake Park.  Although the trails offer demanding terrain on unpaved trails, the natural beauty of the area will make this one to add to your calendar.
