Fabulous February: Choose happy

It has been said that life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you choose to react to it. Despite what happens in the world, despite what happens to turn your life sideways, despite how your day turns out – choose happiness.

Yes, that can be a challenge. But for your health and well-being make a choice everyday not to react to your circumstances.

Choose to be happy, in spite of what each day may bring.

A 2016 Oregon Brewery Series Run. I'm on the right, hiding behind a gal in a light orange sweater. I can't remember why, anymore, but that morning I was just in a down mood. I chose to go to the run anyway and ended up having a great time with a few people I'd never met before. By the time I got home, my perspective on the day was completely turned around for the better.
