Sometimes a simple race is a great way to get in some movement and to go some good. Heart to Start is from the same folks who put on Hood to Coast each summer, but this 5K/10K race is a lot simpler, a lot more accessible, and a lot more focused on a core need in the community.
Donations from the event will go toward providing free Automated external defibrillators (AEDs) and training to schools and community organizations. This machine can help save a life.
Heart to Start is a looped course with a complimentary light breakfast afterward. All participants will receive a shirt and finisher medal. Plus kids are encouraged to join in the FREE Darigold FIT Kids Fun Run
