Check out the new Run Proud Collection from Brooks

Brooks has partnered with renowned fine artist and illustrator, Lisa Congdon to design this Spring’s Run Proud Collection.

The 2022 Run Proud Collection currently has a few items in it already and the fall expects more options.

See all our posts about Brooks here!

“I wanted my designs to bring forward the idea of being yourself. I drew the illustrations by hand to create a composition that mimics the rhythmic elements of a dynamic landscape. And the colors from the progress flag gave me the perfect palette to bring energy to the designs. It really was an honor to create a design that speaks to queer joy.”

Personal note – the Levitate Stealthfit 5 is a great shoe (Run Oregon review), and the Run Proud Collection version has me obsessed. Want.

Beyond the gear, Brooks and Lisa sponsored a field day last summer for Camp Brave Trails (CBT) – a organization and youth camp dedicated to building up the next generation of LGBTQ+ leaders. Campers partook in actives ranging from designing cabin flags to leadership workshops for campers/staff. In addition, Brooks presented a monetary donation to CBT’s Capital Campaign, a campaign to support a new campsite for youth. Checkout photos of last summer’s festivities.

The Run Proud Collection is one that is great and worthwhile for a lot of reasons. We recommend checking it out!
