Head for Gold at the 2022 Hood to Coast Leprechaun Dash

It used to be that when you heard “Hood to Coast” you immediately thought of the epic relay that draws people from all over the world. But for the last few years, in addition to “The Mother of all Relays,” HTC has brought us many other events which are always memorable, well organized, and a lot of fun. The newest event on the calendar from the HTC Race Series is the HTC Leprechaun Dash.

Come out to Cook Park in Tualatin on March 19th, 2022 and participate in the 5k, the 10k, or the 10k 2-Person Relay! There’s also a Kids Fun Run, so this can truly be a family-friendly event.

The 5k is $35 until March 1st. After that, the cost goes up to $40. The 10k is $50 through March 1st, and $60 after that. The Kids Fun Run is FREE!! All participants get a shirt, a medal, a swag bag, and a race bib!

Packet Pick up for this event will be on 3/18 from 12:00PM to 6:00PM at Road Runner Sports. There will be a raffle for one $120 shoe certificate for packet pickup attendees.

Food and beverages will be available on race day. There will be several food carts, hot chocolate, and some alcoholic beverages.

I’ll be coaching some of my clients for their first 5k, and the Leprechaun Dash is their event. If you’d rather participate in a more low-key event than the bigger St. Patrick’s Day races, come for this one!!
