I don’t know about you, but I have been itching to safely participate in some safe races. I have been able to do one this summer, but it’s not enough! If you life in Central or Eastern Oregon, or are ready to hit the road for a race, consider checking out the upcoming Halloween 5k Fun Run in Burns. Yes, it’s a trek for many of us, but the cause (Benefitting Burns High School’s Cross Country Team) is valuable – not to mention you get to do an actual race!
The cost is $30 and features a tee-shirt for participants. The “trophies” are actual;y pretty awesome for 1st through 3rd place:
