The 2020 Frost Trot 5K, hosted by Eclectic Edge Racing, is a rolling (i.e. challenging!) course that takes racers along the Laurelwood Gof Course cart paths, on some single track trails, as well as the occasional fairway! It’s a cross country style adventure and is beautifully scenic! Click here for a GPS course map. Sorry, but dogs are not allowed in this one (and strollers are discouraged due to the course terrain).
Individuals can also compete as a part of a team to compete for team awards. Teams can have an unlimited number of runners and the top four fastest times counting towards a team’s total combined time. The divisions are: Male, Female, or Mixed (must have at least two scoring females).
The entry fee includes post-race refreshments, age group awards, and random prizes. Awards will be presented to the overall male and female winners, as well as the top three male and female finishers in each age group.
