Spring is just around the corner in the Pacific Northwest, so it’s the perfect time to start planning for some tiptoeing through the tulips. Or maybe running through the trails alongside them.
The fourth annual Tulip Trail Run is coming up in just over a month with your chance to spend time on a beautiful farm with other runners and walkers. This year’s event will be the first time all finishers receive a medal for their completion of the 5K or 10K distance.
Additional perks for this event include free parking at the tulip farm, which gives you and your friends the great opportunity to spend some time enjoying good food, tasting some local wine or beer, and checking out craft vendors. Awards will be given to the top three male and female runners for each race, with the overall winners receiving free entry to the 2019 event. And the cost for either race is $35 so this could be your chance to try out something brand new.
Come run, walk, strut, or tiptoe with Oregon City High School volunteers this spring.
