Dick Inukai Birthday 5K Run/Walk benefits the Inukai family foundation (established to honor businessman and philanthropist Richard “Dick” Inukai). The Inukai Family Foundation goals are to create positive youth development, educational grants and scholarship support to teachers and students, scholarship support to the sons and daughters of employees of Dick’s Auto Group, support healthcare needs, and Japanese education and awareness.
The race course will start and end at Dick’s Country Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge on Baseline in Hillsboro and then head away from downtown businesses and into the local neighborhoods for an out-and-back style course. Chip timing will be provided by Huber Timing.
