Race Preview: 2016 Run TrackTown 5k (Eugene)

  Looking for a fun way to kick off your weekend? Feel even more a part of the Eugene Marathon and half marathon excitement without actually having to run quite that far at the Run TrackTown 5k.  This Saturday, consider it your Eugene running primer, with a course that runs through scenic neighborhoods and finishes on Track Town home base, Hayward Field.

Fan favorites from the marathon and half marathon will return the following day to complete the authentic feel of this race, with the Krusteaz FlapJack making an appearance and finish line pancakes for all.  Proceeds from the race will go to benefit Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) and you can also sign up to help kids in need even more by donating to CASA at the race and receiving a race cape which will only serve to make your race day outfit look that much cooler.
