What’s more fun than running a 5k??? How about running a 5k… in the mud… trying to tackle obstacle after obstacle… laughing… with friends???
Well that’s what the Mud Factor ‘Seriously Fun’ 5k Obstacle Run on May 10, 2015 in Medford, Oregon is all about!! Having fun, getting dirty, being active… and of course they have great swag! Each participant receives a bandana, a tattoo, a bib, and of course bling!
The Mud Factor series is offered in 15 locations nationwide. Each location has different obstacles designed specifically for the event venue. Each one is challenging, unique, and FUN!! You can expect to see some of the course favorites such as:
The Slip and Slide
The Wire Crawl
The Rope Swing
The Halfway House
The Cargo Climb
The Boarder Crossing
Take heart though… if you aren’t used combining running and obstacle traversing, you can skip any of the obstacles that might be too challenging for you and of course you can walk… The Mud Factor Mud Run is supposed to be fun for all ages and ability levels. You can run as an individual or get a bunch of friends together and create a team!
There is even a Mud Factor Kidz for athletes ages 4 – 13. They get all same great swag and same great obstacles, but on a shortened course between 1.5 – 2 miles.
