The Troutdale Trot is put on by the Troutdale Lions Club.
Community races is what Run Oregon is all about. And the Troutdale Trot, put on the Troutdale Lions Club, is just that.
The event scheduled for May 10th (a week from today, if you’re counting) includes a “one-of-a-kind 6.7-mile run and walk in the country,” a mile race named the “Magical Mile” which runs through Glenn Otto Park, and a free race for kids age 5 and younger, described as an “easy trek within Glenn Otto Park.”
Just off I-84 taking exit #18 for Crown Point, Glenn Otto Park is more than 6 acres alongside the Sandy River. There is a play structure for the kiddos, too, for pre-and post-race play (AKA wearing out so you can enjoy your run with the running stroller).
And, the 6.7-Miler is only $20. Deal.
