Fall is almost here which also means Oktoberfest is around the corner. What better way to earn a beer than to run the 2026 Oktoberfest Races on Sunday, September 20th, 2026 in Mount Angel? There will be a 5k and a new 10k this year, and all participants will have so much fun celebrating the Mt Angel Oktoberfest while also getting a run in!
The races will start and end at Kennedy High School track and roam through the hamlet of Mt. Angel. There’s some road, some gravel, some flat, some hills – a little bit of everything for everyone,. After you’ve celebrated your victory run, you can chill at the Mt. Angel Oktoberfest with a complimentary beer and your free pint glass. The race begins at 9:00AM and the course will close at 10:30AM. Strollers will be allowed (in the back please) but leave furry friends at home.
To guarantee a race shirt, register before September 1st! The cost is only $35 for the 5k and $40 for the 10k, and proceeds will go to the Kennedy, Silverton, and Gervais Middle & High School track and cross country programs.
