A Closer Look at 1stPhorm’s Daily Stack, Greens, and Protein Snacks

Health products have always felt a bit like a double-edged sword to me. On one hand, I’m constantly looking for ways to stay active, recover better, and keep myself moving. On the other, there’s no shortage of products out there making big promises that may—or may not—actually deliver.

Now that I’m a year past 40, I’ve started paying closer attention to what truly helps. I may have been lighter, faster, or carried more raw energy in years past, but right now I feel the most balanced and well-rounded in my fitness that I ever have—and I really like that.

That’s what led me to start highlighting a handful of health companies and products here at Run Oregon. It’s not a category we cover all that often, and I’m not here to break down the science behind every ingredient—that part is easy enough to research on your own. We also don’t make sweeping recommendations as to what you put in your own body. What we can do is share products we’ve actually tried and found worth noting.

We previously featured 1stPhorm’s protein powder and have been trying out a few additional items from them as well.

Micro Factor – Daily Vitamin Packs

I’m not really a regular vitamin or supplement taker. For years, check-ups came back with everything in normal ranges, so I mostly just went about my day. More recently, though, results from annual physicals have shown a few dips here and there—Vitamin D, iron, and other markers—not anything alarming, but enough to start paying attention.

The challenge with supplements is that getting everything you’re missing (and keeping what’s already fine in balance) turns into a mix of guesswork and research. It quickly becomes a collection of different bottles from different places, all needing to be pieced together.

1stPhorm’s Daily Stack is essentially a bundled supplement pack designed to simplify the process. Each daily packet includes a combination of multivitamins, minerals, healthy fats, superfoods, antioxidants, probiotics, and CoQ10. The idea is straightforward: remove the overthinking and just take what’s needed in one step each day.

For me, that convenience is really the appeal. It’s less about chasing perfection and more about consistency.

Opti-Greens 50

The Daily Stack also includes a bag of Opti-Greens 50, a greens superfood powder designed to support immune health.

With three kids in school and the long stretch of dreary indoor months, keeping the immune system in a decent place feels more important than ever. This blend combines 50 gluten-free ingredients, including probiotics, plant-based enzymes, and a range of nutrient-dense superfoods.

I’m not someone who typically drinks supplements mixed just with water and calls it good. I wish I was, but no matter the product, I just can’t quite get there. What I do use almost daily, though, are smoothies for breakfast. That’s where Opti-Greens 50 fits in easily. It blends well into a morning smoothie routine and doesn’t overpower the flavor.

On its own, it has a noticeable berry note that’s actually pretty approachable, but it works especially well when paired with banana and mixed berries—something that’s already part of my regular rotation.

Protein Sticks

Moving away from powders and supplements, the next item is something a bit more straightforward: High-Protein Meat Sticks.

Grab-and-go nutrition is where my habits tend to fall apart. My body leans toward carbs, and between meetings, errands, and kid pickups, it’s far too easy to grab a bag of chips just to get through the moment. It works, but not in the way I’d like it to. Having better quick options on hand makes a real difference.

These are some of the thickest meat sticks I’ve come across (which feels like an awkward things to say out loud, but here we are). Each stick delivers:

  • 18g protein per stick
  • Made with lean beef and pork
  • No MSG
  • No added nitrates
  • 150–200 calories per stick

They also come in six flavors, including some standouts like Jalapeño Cheddar, Honey Chipotle, and Breakfast Sausage. It’s a nice mix of traditional and slightly more adventurous options for a grab-and-go snack.

Conclusion

If there’s a theme across all of this, it’s simplicity. I’m not trying to overhaul anything or chase the latest wellness trend. I’m just looking for small, consistent things that make staying active and recovering a bit easier.

The Daily Stack simplifies the supplement side of things. Opti-Greens 50 fits neatly into an existing routine without adding friction. And the Protein Sticks fill a very real gap between meals when convenience usually wins out over nutrition.

None of these are magic solutions, but they do what I think good products should do: they quietly make the day-to-day a little easier to manage.
