The 11th annual Run for the Oaks race is coming up soon, and this is a truly beautiful location for a race. Left Coast Estate is a gorgeous backdrop for this event, which features both 5k and 10k trail race options.

Held on August 1st, 2026 this year, the event will again raise funds for the Oak Savanna Restoration Project, which is a wonderful cause that funds improvement to the trail system and forest out at the estate in Rickreall, Oregon.
Check out our recap of the 2025 event!

This race is held on the estate vineyards and features the aforementioned old growth oak savannas in stunning Oregon Wine Country. The 10k starts at 8:30AM and the 5k run and walk begin a half hour later at 9:00AM.
After the race, celebrate with an award-winning wine from Left Coast Estate. There will be wine, live music, and awards in the Oak Savana across from the tasting room. The PerformX Physical Therapy booth opens for 15-minute recovery sessions beginning at 9:15. The live music (courtesy of DJ Rios Avalos) begins, and the tasting room opens, at 9:30a. It’s all worth every step it took to get there!
All race participants will get a T-shirt (while supplies last, only guaranteed if you register before 7/15), a GoVino wine glass, and a complimentary glass of wine (don’t forget your ID!) after the event.
