Come to Bend on June 6th for 2026 Conquer the Canyon! Unfortunately, the half marathon has been canceled this year due to some construction in Dry Canyon, but the 5k and 10k are still on!
This race is a beautiful one, running through historic Redmond’s Dry Canyon Trail. All runners will begin and end at Centennial Park, located in downtown Redmond and it’s sure to be an epic adventure.
Runners will gather in downtown Redmond at 6th Street Arch and get in some good stretches and high-fives from their fellow runners. There will be a gear drop area if you want to ditch a jacket before you start. The 10k takes off at 9:15AM followed by the 5k at 9:30AM.
There’s also a 5k Doggie Dash which departs at 9:33 behind the rest of the runners. There are aid stations out there with water, electrolytes, and GU available.
All participants will get a finisher’s medal once they cross the finish line. You’ll want to stay for the post-race fun at Centennial Park for some music, food, and cold beer! Top finishers will get sponsor prizes from HydroFlask, Bend Soap, and Ablis as well as some free entries to future Lay It Out Events races.

- Packet Pick-Up: Friday June 5th from 2PM to 6PM at SCP Redmond Hotel in Downtown Redmond. You can also pick your packet up on race day starting an hour before the race.
