It’s Time to Get Filthy at the Dirty Half Marathon

Come out to Bend to get dirty for the 2026 Dirty Half Marathon! This race will be on Saturday June 6th and is brought to us by FootZone Bend.

This event will take off from the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship (the same location as the 2023 race,) at 7AM sharp in one wave, which means that the first half mile of the race starts on pavement to get the runners positioned and spaced out. But soon after that, it’s all single-track trails and dirt ahead among the beauty of the trees.

Please do not park at the church unless you have a special permit. Parking will be available at Pacific Crest Middle School (off Skyliners) and volunteers will direct you to the start.

There are 4 opportunities for aid along the course and all aid stations will have water, electrolytes, and Skratch Lab chews. Though this isn’t going to be a cupless race, race organizers always appreciate you bringing your own reusable cup to help minimize waste.

Adventure Medics will be roving the course and there will be pit toilets at approximately mile 1.5 and porta potties at the start/finish. There is a 4 hour time limit (18 min/mile) unless you notify the race directors that you’ll be longer. If you have Strava, you can download the course map to your watch here.

All finishers will have Bend breakfast burritos available at the finish line, as well as fruit, a sweet treat (or GF option upon request) and a well-earned beer from Cascade Lakes Brewing. Please be sure you remember your ID for the beer garden!

HOKA will also be onsite for some recovery and Backporch Coffee will be there to perk you up. Runners will get a special finisher prize and a chance for some sponsor swag in the raffle. The top 3 in each division will get special prizes as well.
