From symphonic sunsets and mid-run moments of zen, to soul-crushing scrambles and descents so steep you whisper prayers between hyperventilations, the trail experience embodies the full spectrum of athletic enjoyment. Who needs a theme park when you’ve got legs, lungs and singletrack? The Off Roads Collection is designed for exploration, featuring pieces inspired by and crafted for the challenges of running outside the lines.

Harrier

The Harrier offers a casual take on a long-sleeved running top that can seemingly be worn in casual settings as well. The six colorways are all solid (literally and figuratively) in nature – providing a straightforward look. New this year is the addition of the Blush colorway. If you know me, you know I’m a fan of pink – so this is a VERY welcome addition to my running wardrobe.

Though it is a little more geared towards cooler temperatures with almost 90%+ Merino Wool, it’s a great option for ~9 months a year in the PNW. And us runners know the benefits of Merino – moisture-wicking, quick-drying, and odor-resistant features. We’d probably recommend sizing up again, but it seemed to fit a little truer to size than some of their options.

Off Roads Shorts

With the boast of 6 pockets, the Off Roads Short is the cargo short of trail running. The need for shorts that can carry a few items for mid-distance efforts is high, as few options exist today. Tracksmith provides an excellent choice in a fantastic color (sand/olive), with discreetly placed storage pockets that can carry a phone, gels, a credit card or license, a car fob, and even a granola bar.

The Off Roads feature a 4.75″ inseam, a thin, streamlined liner, and are super breathable. From short runs to long, the lightweight, flowy nature of the Off Roads Short is ideal for spring, summer, and fall days in the PNW.

Off Roads Bottle

I’m firmly in the camp of handheld water bottle enthusiasts, even though not everyone shares my preference. For my daily runs, which aren’t particularly long, carrying 12 to 20 ounces in my hand suffices. I value the accessibility it provides, especially since I dabble in content creation within the running community and having my phone ready for capturing quality running photos is a bonus.

Surprisingly, the visual appeal of the handheld water bottle from Track is impressive. It boasts a distinctive look with Track’s trademark sash on the holder component, adding to its allure. This product is a result of a partnership with Camelbak, renowned for their expertise in hydration solutions, ensuring top-notch quality. The insulated bottle and drinking cap further attest to its high standard.

The strap between the hand and the bottle features nice padding, effectively keeping things comfortable during runs. Additionally, the inclusion of a small zip pocket, suitable for most cell phones, and a fold-over pocket for keys and credit cards enhance its functionality. Overall, this handheld hydration option from Track and Camelbak is a solid choice for runners.
