I’m happy to share my thoughts on the rabbit Race Pace Tee and Cruisers 5″ shorts.

Race Pace Tee

You can really never have enough running tees. When I am in full training mode, I find I go between multiple each day as I run, cross train, and maybe even try my hand at some power yoga. The rabbit Race Pace Tee, a part of their new Dream Chaser Collection, is a solid option perfect for any activity.

First of all, it looks simple and straightforward. rabbit makes some amazingly unique visualizations in their gear, but this top has a simple, clean design that’s both stylish and functional. The shirt comes black and white, so it should be able to be matched with any bottoms you have. The rabbit logo on the front is subtle and not overbearing, which is a plus in my book. The material (100% recycled polyester) is also very breathable and lightweight, which makes it perfect for running or any other active outdoor activity. It’s probably not the softest top that rabbit makes, but it’s still super comfortable.

Aside from the breathability (thanks to the strategically placed boxed holes on the sides – see pic above)) and light weight, it has the other qualities that now must come standard in any top.

Overall, the tee is lightweight and breathable, which makes it perfect for running or any other outdoor activity. I can’t wait for warm weather (come soon please!) to be able to get ongoing use out of this one.

Generally, I recommend sizing up in rabbit tops if you are in between, but with the fit being described as “semi-relaxed fit”, you are probably fine with your standard sizing. If you are against a more flowy structure, you maaaay want to size down or look for a more streamlined top. I asked for an XL and feel I would have been totally fine with a Large.

Cruisers 5″ Shorts

Logoless front

New in rabbit’s shorts arsenal come the Cruisers – a stylish, sleek, and logoless design that looks great on anyone. The shorts come in a handful of colors and have that classic look that never goes out of style. The material is soft and comfortable to wear, which is a major plus. The 5″ inseam is also the perfect length for running, hiking, or any other outdoor activity. If 5″ isn’t your length of choice – they also make a 7″ length as well.

The shorts fit the bill of everything we need in our bottoms – being super-lightweight, quick-drying, and odor-resistant. The leg holes (is that the technical term?) The liner (called the rabbitKNIT ICE liner – made from 5% spandex and 95% ice-cafe nylon – i.e. recycled coffee grounds!) is comfortable and keeps you cool. There’s even a tiny little pocket on the brief – which is unique.

As comfortable as the shorts are, the waistband is top notch. It is weirdly extremely soft and provides a forgiving stretch and comfy cinch to the waist – even without the tie. There is a flat lace for tightening if you need to.

Wearing the Race Pace Tee and Cruisers 5″ shorts have me super pumped for Spring. These items are simple, straightforward, super-functional, and scream to be worn in the Spring and Summer (what an alliterative sentence!).
