Race Preview: 2019 Aurora Colony Days 5K

Have you been to Aurora, OR? Have you heard of Aurora, OR? If the answer to the former is yes, you already know how cute this historic town is and know the Aurora Colony Days 5K will be great. If the answer to the latter is no, then sign up for this 5K, head to the Museum for the starting line, run the streets of Aurora, then take in Colony Days afterward and enjoy this small town’s 30th annual summer celebration!

This year, the 5K (and 1K kids run) will be held on Saturday, August 10th. Aurora is just south of Wilsonville/Canby, making it an easy drive from both the Portland and Salem areas. Both events are chip timed and include a race tee.

After the race, hang out in town and check out the antiques shops, museums, the Pudding River, and other Colony Days attractions, including the parade, the Market in the Park, and a car show.
