Small Race Preview: 2019 Klamath Hospice Remembrance Run/Walk
The Klamath Hospice Remembrance Run is a family-friendly event in Klamath Falls and this year’s 7th annual will be held on June 1st.
The Remembrance Run/Walk is family-centered, offering a kids obstacle course, remembrance walk (approximately 1/2 mile), and 5K walk/run. This race will benefit the Klamath Hospice:
Your monetary contributions will help ensure that we are able to continue to caring for our community in the future. Each year our team of professionals help care for Klamath County and Northern California residents facing end-of-life issues, suffering from advanced illness, and trying to cope with the loss of a loved one. Many of our services are provided free of charge, such as our Bereavement Support Services program, which provides much needed bereavement support to our community’s adults and youth.
If you’re unable to attend on race-day, you can choose to make a donation and can display a loved one’s name on a flower pinwheel. Head to the FAQs page for more ways to be involved outside of registration.
This race is not timed / competitive. Strollers and well-behaved dogs are welcome, as well!
Packets can be picked up starting at 8:00AM on race day or at the Klamath Hospice office on May 31st from noon-6PM.
