Race Preview & DISCOUNT CODE for the 2019 Me.She.We Half Marathon/10k/Team Relay (Wilsonville)

IMG_1545Looking for a women’s focused run that is more focused on encouraging and supporting you, along with all the other women around you? Want to smile while you run and then, when it’s needed, have other women around you encouraging you to keep going? If that’s the case, Me.She.We. Women’s Half Marathon is suited just for you.

Featuring a half marathon, 10k and a team relay, which is composed of four segments, each a 5k (for up to 4 team members), Me.She.We.’s mission is to shift the traditional focus of most races (finishing times, the newest running apparel, etc.) to a more community focused environment of women coming together for the enjoyment of running and each other. One of the ways this is accomplished by eliminating any sense of comparison, as Me.She.We. is an untimed running event (GPS trackers for those who are time-focused are encouraged!)

The half marathon course winds through west side of Wilsonville completely staying to the west of the rail road track the splits the town. Beginning in North Wilsonville, the course runs along the beautiful Coffee Lake Wetlands, through the recently built neighborhood of Villebois (which means new roads and sidewalks!), then through multiple miles of the peaceful Graham Oaks Nature Park.

Upon finishing, all participants receive an extremely soft T-shirt (and we mean soft), a unique finisher medal, as well as one free beer and food item!   Vendors and sponsors will be present at the finish line, all contributing items to be raffled off, which with runner registration, you are automatically entered in for! As another bonus, unlike other races, all photos taken on the course and at the finish line will be available for free.

All of that takes place in a competition free, supportive, celebratory environment. Join the party with other women on June 1st, 2019, in Wilsonville.

Use promo code “MeSheWeRun” for a $40 registration fee for the half marathon and 10k!
