Race Preview: 2019 CORK Hot Chocolate Runs – November through February (Bend)

Central Oregon Running Klub (CORK) puts on a winter time fun running series called Hot Chocolate Runs. On the second Sunday of each month, November through February, come join running enthusiasts on a 5 or 7 mile, low key group run. This is great for all running abilities. Both walkers and runners are welcome, and no one gets left behind. Each participant is offered hot chocolate, coffee, and treats after. The start and finish line is at Loge Entrada, 19221 SW Century Drive, Bend OR.
A little about CORK, they are a group dedicated to promote health and fitness through running, with a inclusive culture to strengthen the local running community. They have running events, that integrate the community, local businesses and provide running centric activities for youth. Established in 1980, CORK has been involved in numerous races, trail maintenance, weekly run groups and even coaching youth.
The Hot Chocolate Run dates are as follows: November 11, 2018, December 9th, 2018, January 13, 2019, and February 10th, 2019. All events start at 9am. Come join this great organization in a fun active event, the second Sunday of each month.
