This week, the Strava Segment we’re recommending is part of the 10k course at the Mount Angel Oktoberfest. The segment is called Humpert Ln Downhill, and it’s a one-and-a-quarter mile at a 1% downhill grade.
The race is on Saturday, September 15 at 9a, and there’s also a 5k and a half marathon. The 5k and 10k are $32 and the half is $75. You can still sign up online here until midnight tonight, so if you’re not busy tomorrow and are feeling good, go check it out!
Jenica Hobson holds the women’s CR with a time of 9:15, and Adam DiVergilio has the men’s with a time of 6:51. Give it a shot, either as part of this race or just when you’re in the area and looking for a new course to run.
