The North Lake Physical Therapy Gator Grinder Triathlon is an excellent introduction for first-time triathletes, as well as a great early season event for experienced racers. The race begins with a pool swim, the bike course takes participants over beautiful rural roads and then finishes with a run that is flat and fast. The event offers road bike, mountain bike and relay divisions. All proceeds support the Canby Swim Club, so be sure to sign up for this fun, early season triathlon.

Where: Canby Swim Center, 1150 Ivy Street, Canby, OR
Start times: The first heat will be in the water at 7:30 a.m. Check in at least one hour before your start.

Entry Fee: $60 individual/$90 for relay team. Deadline April 30, 2018 OR when all 240 slots are filled. No day of race registration. The entry fee includes a t-shirt and race results.
