I have a go-to smoothie (avocado, chocolate coconut water, kale, and banana) that I make for breakfast on non-work mornings. It’s simple, but I know that I am going to get something that I can trust to be good and have the ingredients for. The problem is that I can sometimes get a little bored with this concoction and want to try something unique without having to make a separate trip to the store for ingredients.

Temple Turmeric Golden Milk

GreenBlender takes the guesswork and shopping trips out of the equation by providing a weeks worth of smoothies delivered directly to your doorstep. Each box comes delivered in a chilled box and all of the ingredients are labeled and provided in the right amount. An accompanied paper with recipes is provided and our sample box included:

All of their recipes are vegan and also partner with US-based farms for their all-organic, non-GMO ingredients.

Also included was a welcome brochure that had basic GreenBlender information on it, and also included the way to make layer and make a perfect smoothie – something that seems so simple, but that a smoothie novice like myself really appreciated.

Honey Orange Citrus Wake-Up – Before and After

As with almost all of our reviews on food or drinks, we like to toss out that palates differ, so we encourage you to try to sample for yourself to get a true understanding. In this box, I really enjoyed the Honey Orange Citrus Wake-Up and Kiwi Ginger smoothies. One, specifically the Temple Turmeric Golden Milk, was not my favorite, but admittingly was a flavor profile that was new to me. I am always looking for ways to learn more about unique flavors and healthy living, so it was awesome to try new things and make my own decisions without worrying about having too much excess ingredients on hand if I decided it wasn’t for me.

There is so much good in smoothies, and GreenBlender really appears to do a good job at being diverse, unique, healthy, AND tasty. I recommend you trying this out for yourself for at least a month and seeing if it can improve upon your health and energy. Buy a gift card for someone if you choose to and save up to 20% by signing up from their newsletter.
