Aid stations will be spaced about every 1-2 miles, and feature water and Gatorade. GU will be available at approximately the 8 mile mark, and first aid/portable restrooms will be on the course at about mile 5, 10 and the finish line. For those choosing the 10K or 5K run or walk event, you will be traveling along the Stewart Park multi-used paths. The Kid’s Final Mile will be an out-and-back within the Stewart Park multi-use paths, as well.
