Small Race Preview: 3rd annual Lila May’s Tutu Trot 3K, 5K, 10K and kids race
Event parking is very limited and carpooling is encouraged. Parking is available at the venue, but will require a $5 fee for a State Park pass. A large “grass lot” has been rented by the organizer for additional parking with a shuttle bus transporting participants starting at 7:30 am.
Bring your sass, spunk and spirit because costumes are encouraged. Lila May clearly loved tutus and prizes will be awarded in the following categories:
1.) Best Male in a tutu
2.) Best Female in a tutu
3.) Best Kiddo in a tutu
4.) Best Dog in a tutu
5.) Best Stroller in a tutu
Don’t have a tutu? No problem! Tutus will actually be available for purchase at packet pickup.
Although our beloved princess Lila passed away in September, our memories of her will always live on. Join us as we celebrate her life and continue to love like Lila. This year, we are proud to be donating the proceeds of this run to Solving Kids’ Cancer, a certified nonprofit organization based in New York that directly funds childhood cancer research. Lila benefited from their innovative trials and now we want to pay it forward for her.
