Coach Jim’s free half marathon and marathon training long run for Saturday, February 27, 2016
This week, the total distance is 17 miles, with two loops just over 8 to get you there.
When: Saturday, February 27, 2016
What time: The run starts at 8a, be there by 7:45 to use the facilities and find your pace group.
Where: Pizza Roma at 4715 SE Woodstock Blvd. There is plenty of street parking in the area.
Routes: The first route is an out-and-back to Mt. Tabor for 8.6 miles. Then, the group will head out on an 8.5-mile loop that will tour Sellwood and Eastmoreland.
