HTC Race Series Veterans Day Run

HTC Race Series Veterans Day Run

For the second year in a row, HTC Race Series is organizing a Veterans Day race to benefit the Oregon Military Museum. Last year's 5k run/walk was held at Camp Withycombe, where the museum is located, but this year it will take place at Sandelie Golf Course in West Linn to accommodate a 10k and half marathon as well. The golf course is no stranger to cross country races, having hosted several High School XC competition and other cross-country races in the past.

All distances will start at the same time at the same start line at the Northeast corner of the golf course. The 5k course and 10k course have some parts in common, but there will be two locations where the courses split to add additional distance to the 10k. Listen closely to instructions which direction to follow at the splits. The half marathon will be a double look of the 10k.

After the race, stick around for post race music and food, including hot soup, hot cider, and for participants of legal drinking age also Widmer beer and Barefoot wine.

$10 of every registration will be donated to the renovation of the Oregon Military Museum.
