ORRC Member Perks – February Get Fit Classes

January 2015 marked the start of Oregon Road Runners Club sponsored Get Fit Classes around the Portland metro area.  The “just for members” free fitness classes continue in February with 3 locations to choose from.  These once a month classes are focused on helping runners with strength and flexibility.  Since so many runners have similar problem areas, (Ummm, yea . . . when was the last time you tried stretching those muscles?)  these classes were designed with you runners in mind.

If you want to take advantage of these classes and a variety of other perks, as mentioned in January’s blog post, become an ORRC member.

Class space is limited and requires pre-registration.  You can find more information and registration links here.
