On Saturday February 7th, 2015 there will be a run for lovebirds and singles alike, the Couple’s Shuffle brings a 10k relay and 5k singles event along with a free fun run for kids. Founded in 2005 the Couple’s Shuffle is Southern Oregon’s valentine run. Each participant receives a chocolate truffle, photo ops with Cupid himself, and costumes are encouraged for this fun event!
Starting at Griffin Creek School the run is out and back on Griffin Creek and West Griffin Creek with one BIG hill with each partner running 5k. Packet pickup will be race day at the school from 8:00am -8:45. The free kids run starts at 8:50 and the 5k and relay start at 9am.
There will be prizes for first, second, and third in several categories including Parent/Child, Overall, and Best Single. If you are in a special category note it on the registration. There will be one aid station on the course and packet pickup, awards and celebration will be held outside. There are limited facilities for use so plan accordingly. For those that are Southern Oregon Runners members this is a runner of the year event. No roller skates, dogs, baby joggers, skateboards, bicycles or unregistered runners.

Cost: 10k: $28 non SOR members, and $24 for SOR members. 5k $15 non SOR members and $12 SOR for members. Day of race registration will be $30 for couples and $15 for singles.
