Race preview: Bright Night Run (Roseburg, OR)

The Bright Night Fun Run is  a  family-freindly, neon/glow-themed, chip-timed evening race featuring two events: a five mile “Galaxy Route” run  and a three mile “Twilight Route” run/walk. Come join in on the fun flat looped course on Saturday, July 19th, 2014, and get your glow on! This race benefits the Area Health Education Center of Southwest Oregon‘s scholarship fund, which hopes to raise $62,000 for 62 scholarships to support students that are working towards a career in healthcare, especially with an ever-increasing need for more healthcare workers in Oregon. It’s hard to say how many will attend this event, which is in it’s first year, but it looks like it will be a lot of fun.

When: Saturday, July 19, 2014 from 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm

Where: Umpqua Valley Arts Association; 1624 W Harvard Ave., Roseburg, OR
