“Run for Shelter” – not because you’ll be wearing a kilt, but to raise money for the Lincoln County Animal Shelter – at the 2014 Kilted Kilometer on Friday, June 13.

Yes, you have to wear a kilt. (They have loaners, and yes, you must wear undergarments.)

It is only a kilometer, so I suggest you bring some “non-runners” and either get them to try running or have them walk and just have a great time. Kids are very welcome, as our well-behaved pups on leashes. (Four-legged participants don’t need to wear kilts.)

The vitals:

When: Friday, June 13, 2014

What time: 2p

Where: Nye Beach

Register: DOR with a donation of pet food or money for the Lincoln County Animal Shelter – please be generous! Those sweet animals need your help.

To register, you can print off this PDF and bring it with you. (Pre-registration deadline was May 1.) All participants will receive a free commemorative t-shirt as long as supplies last.
