Run Like a Mother 5K Portland, OR
Whether you are a mother, daughter, sister, niece, aunt, grandmother, friend, neighbor or co-worker, this race empowers you to celebrate Mother’s Day in a fun and motivational way for the entire family. Each event kicks off with a timed 1-mile Kid’s race and continues with a women-only 5K on courses that wind through picturesque neighborhoods, scenic parks and city streets of Hillsboro, OR.

Race: Run Like A Mother Portland
When: Sunday, May 11, 2014 (Mother’s Day) 8:30a
Where: Liberty High School, 21945 NW Wagon Way, Hillsboro, OR 97124
Course: This is a 3.12 mi Run in Hillsboro, OR. The Run has a total ascent of 3.57 ft and has a maximum elevation of 229.17 ft so it is a pretty flat course on paved roads. There will be two water / electrolyte stops on the course at the 1.65 mile point and at 2.45 miles. See the course here.
Registration: Running/Walking is $40 until March 31, 2014, 5K Race and Training Program Combo Package $65, Kids Mile $15 (Moms can run with their Kids), and 5K training Program only is $25

This will be my first Mother’s Day race as a mother and I will have a six year old at that time. About time I say and I am excited to participate in their raining program and run the race!
