Run with Coach Jim this Saturday for a two-loop run that totals 14 miles.
There are a few rules with Coach Jim’s runs:
1. Have fun
2. No talking about post-run delicious food until you’re more than halfway done
This week starts with an 8.5-mile loop from Pizza Roma at 4715 SE Woodstock Blvd. in Portland, and then the group will head out again to the base of Mt. Tabor for another 6 miles. The run starts at 8a this Saturday, December 28, 2013.
Coach Jim’s group runs are free and open to all. His runs are led by pace-group leaders who will keep you on pace for your goals, and range from about 9:00 miles to 12:30 miles. Coach Jim is RRCA-Certified, and LOVES talking to other runners about their goals – and just getting to know you. His group runs are supportive, laid-back, and a great place to meet others.
