The 2025 Timberline Marathon & Half Marathon (SOLD OUT)

It’s almost time for the 2025 Timberline Marathon/Half Marathon! If beauty is what you’re looking for when you do a race, this is the race for you. The course completely circles Timothy Lake on single track trails and begins at the Clackamas Lake Historic Ranger Station. All runners will be treated to views of Mt Hood and the gorgeous lake and tranquil forest. Check out course details here.

Aid stations along the course will have water and Gatorade available. There will be no food, so runners are encouraged to bring whatever they have been training with. There will also be at least one portable toilet at aid stations, so runners should not use campground toilets. Radio operators will also be at each aid station to call in for medical emergencies to the American Medical Response Reach and Treat Team.

Entry fees will cover the cost of the race and a finisher medal. There’s also a technical fabric shirt included, but if you opt out of the shirt when you register, $5 will be deducted from the price. If you’re like me, you might have more than enough race shirts already.

This race is SOLD OUT, but now’s a good time to start planning for next year. It should be on everyone’s bucket list at least once!!
