I don’t know about you, but with spring rolling in and the clocks shifting for daylight savings, I always find myself embracing a sense of freshness and rejuvenation. The days keep getting longer, and suddenly, I’m looking around at everything I neglected during the winter—ready to shake off the seasonal slump and hit the ground running.
And let’s be honest, March just feels like the real start of running season. Sure, there are plenty of great races in Oregon before this, but there’s something about this time of year that makes running feel right.

With that renewed energy, my running wardrobe also gets a refresh. If you’re anything like me, that feeling of starting fresh extends to your gear too. Functional and well-made pieces are always the priority, but I also love finding styles that are fashionable and fun.
Lately, I’ve been browsing adidas’ workout clothing section, which has a great mix of new seasonal pieces and classic staples. A few things have caught my eye:
adidas by Stella McCartney TruePace Running Leggings
I’m obsessed with the look of this pair—they’re so fashionable and unique, plus they’re made from 100% recycled polyester. The fact that they’re part of a Stella McCartney collaboration makes total sense. She’s a pioneer in vegan fashion, and her pieces always have a stylish yet conscious edge.
I love knowing that not only do these leggings look amazing, but they’re also made with sustainability in mind. A great blend of function, fashion, and eco-friendliness.
adidas Runners Long Sleeve Tee
I run at a solid pace—definitely above average, but nowhere near elite status. And I have plenty of friends who run at a slower pace, which is totally fine! One thing I always have to remind them is that just because you’re not hitting Boston Marathon qualifying times doesn’t mean you’re not a runner.
Heck, I’m not running at that level, and they still consider me a runner—so why wouldn’t they consider themselves one?
That’s why I love the graphic on this top: Every pace has a place. Because it’s true! Running is for everyone, and no matter your speed, you belong.
Own the Run Shorts
Let’s be honest, it’s been nothing but leggings for the past few months. I can’t even remember the last time I went out for a run in shorts. But with spring in full swing, it’s time to bring them back. I love the simplicity of this adidas pair—just a clean design with the iconic three stripes on the side and a subtle logo.
They’re functional, classic, and come in six fun colors. Honestly, I might just have to grab a couple of pairs to mix and match throughout the season.
So, if you’re also feeling that springtime urge to refresh your running gear, I’d love to hear what’s on your wishlist! Have you checked out adidas’ women’s workout clothing lineup? Let me know what pieces stand out to you!
